Kristina Hoffman

 Kristina Hoffman was born and raised in the Chicago area. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism in 1999 from the University of Missouri- Columbia and a Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the University of Illinois Chicago Law School (formerly known as The John Marshall Law School), where she was a member of the Law Review. 

After law school, she worked at several Chicago law firms specializing in the areas of insurance defense, subrogation and personal injury. In 2010 she started her own law firm focusing on those areas as well as others such as criminal defense, divorce, foreclosure defense and products liability. She has expanded her practice by working as a consultant on a multitude of legal matters for law firms in Chicago (Cook County) and the collar counties.

Kristina has tried numerous jury trials as lead counsel and hundreds of bench trials and arbitrations and served as an arbitrator in the Illinois Mandatory Arbitration program and American Arbitration Association (AAA) Illinois Uninsured Motorists Panel of Arbitrators. In 2018 Kristina obtained her license to practice law in Arizona and has joined Childers Hanlon & Hudson as Of Counsel to handle Arizona law matters. In her free time, Kristina enjoys hiking and is an avid horsewoman.
